We offer all new clients a one-hour complimentary personal training session.

Payment to be made in advance of sessions, by check, credit card, or cash.
You do not need to purchase a membership in order to train with a personal trainer.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with personal training sessions. If you cancel a session within the 24 hour range of the appointment time, you will be charged for that session.

Purchase a membership and workout in the gym on your own, as you like. We are open 7 days per week. Your own exclusive private gym. There is no contract or enrollment fee. You may enroll in monthly deduction or pay month by month...your choice! Single Day Pass is $30.
We work hand in hand with some of the best physical therapists in the industry. Please inquire about having physical therapy services here at The Live Well Company or being referred to a physical therapy site to suit your needs.
KRAV MAGA and SELF DEFENSE
Taught by our amazing Glen Newman, learn how to survive a real life violent encounter. Glen will help you to achieve the mindset and physical fitness needed to be prepared in such an encounter, as well as the simple techniques you can use as the tools to keep you safe for the rest of your life. Zach's deep curiosity for movement fuels his passion for coaching. Graduating with a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware, Zach's early years as a trainer were formed by lacrosse and weightlifting. After spending four years as a personal trainer and group strength and conditioning coach, Zach became a FRC mobility specialist and Kinstretch instructor. Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and usable ranges of motion. Zach's coaching philosophy is simple: with movement control and confidence, anyone can be an athlete.

Kinstretch is a 60-minute class that serves to help you develop maximum body control, flexibility and increase your range of motion. Kinstretch is a system, based on scientific research, that serves to restore your function and to provide you with the pre-requisites that you need to play your sport or do your activity, effectively, efficiently and without the fear of getting injured. All sports and activities involve distinct demands that are placed on the body. If your body can’t move in the way it needs to move in order to perform a given activity, the end result will most likely be injury. Kinstretch helps make your body more resistant to injury by preparing your muscles and joints for the demands that they will inevitably encounter. Kinstretch does not replace Yoga, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Crossfit, the Barre Method, Soul Cycle, but rather, it will keep you on the mat, on the bike, in the game and keep you doing the activities that you love.
Kinstretch is a class designed to be a "comprehensive joint training system" created by Dr Andreo Spina.
It has 3 main goals:
1. Functional mobility: joint strength and neuromuscular (body) control
2. Articular Resilience: increase joint load bearing capacity, leading to greater resilience to injuries.
3. Articular Health: boost overall joint health and longevity
As Dr Spina says, in Kinstretch we train to do anything. We do this by training "patterns of movement" rather than a movement itself. Improving control over your spine's segmentation not only helps your backbend, it helps you to become a BETTER more efficient human.
Come join us at 7:30 pm every Tuesday for Kinstretch to learn this system. You will identify your weakpoints, establish goals and learn apersonal practice that you can work daily to help accomplish your goals.
