One-on-one Personal Training
Work with one of our highly experienced, well rounded, level-headed, and dynamic personal trainers. Be in the best, and most sound shape of your life.
We offer all new clients a one-hour complimentary personal training session.

Packages:
1 session= $160
5 sessions= $775
10 sessions = $1,500
20 sessions = $2,900
Payment to be made in advance of sessions, by check, credit card, or cash.
You do not need to purchase a membership in order to train with a personal trainer.

There is a 24 hour cancellation policy with personal training sessions. If you cancel a session within the 24 hour range of the appointment time, you will be charged for that session.
Independent Trainers
Independent trainers are welcome at The Live Well Company. Trainers please email us at thelivewellcompany@yahoo.com. The cost is $40 per session.
Gym Membership
$150 per month
Purchase a membership and workout in the gym on your own, as you like. We are open 6 days per week. Your own exclusive private gym. There is no contract or enrollment fee. You may enroll in monthly deduction or pay month by month...your choice! Single Day Pass is $35.
Physical Therapy
Resilient Performance Physical Therapy operates it’s satellite home out of The Live Well Company Gym. Have an injury? Come in and have them take a look. They will help you. The absolute best in Physical Therapy.
