Our Studio

The LiveWell Company is an in-loft personal training studio that feels intimate, comfortable, and professional. After spending many years working in large commercial gyms, we felt there was a need for people to have a place where they can exercise without feeling intimidated, a place where the client can receive 100% focus from their trainer, without an entire gym floor full of eyes surrounding them. Our Studio is exclusive and private, and is a place where clients feel welcome and are taken care of. The equipment here represents our training style: Functional….in other words, we train you for “life”. Our equipment ranges from dumbbells and free weights, to functional cable units, to cardiovascular equipment, and everything in between including a variety of apparatus to train balance, core, and stability, as well as boxing and kickboxing gear, and a stretching room including a stretching table. A full service bathroom with a shower and towel service is available for clients to use.
