Our Gym

The Live Well Company is a boutique gym that feels intimate, comfortable, and professional. We are a place where you will feel welcome, regardless of who you are, and what level of fitness you are at. We take care of our clients and members, and treat you like family.

The equipment here represents our training style: Functional...in other words, we train you for "life". We encourage you to move freely. Our equipment ranges from dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and ViPRs, to TRX and functional cable units, pullup bars, BOSU's, jump ropes, physioballs, and other core training apparatus, and Boxing equipment including heavy bags, a speed bag, a double ended bag, and an uppercut bag, and boxing gloves. In addition, we have treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes.

We offer a full service bathroom with showers and towel service.
